1.1. To start using the services on the Web-Site (hereinafter referred to as the Service) lv.coral.club(hereinafter referred to as the Web-Site), the User applies the Registration Service on the Web-Site and provides following information: first name, last name, date of birth, E-mail address, contact phone number (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data).

1.2. By submitting the Personal Data, the User agrees to processing thereof (until the User withdraws his/her consent for personal data processing) by SIA Koraļļu Klubs Veikals registered in the Republic of Latvia, registration number 40003771942, registered office: Miera Street 97, LV-1013, Riga, Latvia (the Company) and by the subcontractor Coral Club Distribution Ltd, Paphos, Agapinoros 52, office 1, 8049, Cyprus, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Cyprus, so that the Company and/or its partners could fulfil their obligations to the User by transferring the rights to use the ESM application Registration providing reference information, as well as being able to advertise the Services. The User agrees to receive advertising and informational messages if this is specified in the Registration Service and the Service Notice. When processing the User's personal data, the Company takes into account the applicable regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

1.3. If the User wishes to clarify his/her personal data in the event of changes, as well as make changes to the registered personal data, including deleting or blocking thereof, or if the User wishes to withdraw his/her consent to personal data processing, the User shall notify in the user account or send an official request to the Company.

1.4. If the User wishes to delete his/her account on the Web-Site, the User shall write a message to the Company at the following E-mail address: inforiga@coral-club.com with the corresponding request.

On the site, for each user, information is available on the products purchased by them over the past six months for the purpose of high-quality support and consultations. Access to this information can be activated using the functionality of your personal account by setting the appropriate value in the settings. With the consent to show information about their purchases, the user gives access to other users in the structure above to the following data:

• order number,
• order date,
• reporting month of the order,
• order type,
• country of ordering,
• number of points,
• the cost of the order in the currency of the country,
• order description: product code and name, quantity, points, and amount for the product.

The user independently chooses the possibility of access of other site users to their data. When access to information about completed purchases in Coral Club is activated, order data will become available to other users. It is important to understand that from the moment such consent is provided in the personal account, the user assumes full responsibility for providing data to third parties. The site administration is not responsible for the actions of other users.

2.1. The Company processes and uses the personal data provided by the User as long as the User is registered on the Web-Site and has the account created for:

2.1.1. registration/authorization of the User when applying the Registration Service;

2.1.2. processing the User's request and fulfilling obligations to the User;

2.1.3. promotion of the ESM program and services;

2.1.4. evaluation and analysis of the Service operation;

2.1.5. informing the User about promotions, discounts and special offers by E-mail.

2.2. The Company has the right to send advertising and informational messages to the User if the User has given the consent. If the User does not want to receive advertising and informational messages from the Company, he/she shall open the special link at the end of each message sent by the Company.

3.1. The Company shall not transfer information received from the User, including personal data, to the third parties. A violation of this condition is not considered a case when the Company provides information to agents and the third parties acting on the basis of an agreement concluded with the Company to fulfil their obligations to the User and only within the framework of this agreement. It is also not a violation of this clause to provide the Company's data about the User to the third parties, if they are not personalized and not intended for analysing the Service operation.

3.2. Transfer of information in accordance with reasonable and permissible requirements of the applicable regulations is not considered a violation of confidentiality obligations.

3.3. The Company may use cookie technology. Cookies do not contain confidential information and are not transmitted to the third parties.

3.4. The Company receives information about the IP address of the Web-Site visitor and about Internet links via that a visitor accessed the Web-Site. This information is not used to identify a visitor.

3.5. The Company is not responsible for information provided to the User in the Service in the form of general assumptions.

3.6. When processing personal data, the Company takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, as well as from other illegal actions with personal data.

4.1. The User shall not disclose any information and data necessary to get access to the Service – his/her username and password on the Web-Site to the third parties.

4.2. The User shall take necessary precautions keeping the username and the password (including, but not limited to, licensed antivirus programs, complex alphanumeric combinations in the password, not to transfer a computer or other device with the username and the password to the third parties, etc.).

4.3. If the Company suspects that the Service is being used by the third party or a malicious software, the Company has the right to unilaterally disable access to the Service for a specific User.

5.1. We will take reasonable technical and organizational security measures to prevent loss, improper or illegal processing, use or alteration of your personal information.

5.2. We will store all personal information you provide on our password-protected and firewall-protected servers.

5.3. You acknowledge that transmission of information over the Internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data provided and transmitted over the Internet.

Each registered User has access to extended information on the products they purchase. This option uses the experience of other Users about the products purchased. By subscribing to the extended informing, the User expresses their consent to provide their data on the purchased products.

In the case of the User's explicit consent, by entering the appropriate value in the settings of the personal account to receive the advanced notification option for the purchased goods, access to the User's data can be provided to other Users. The following information is used for this purpose:

• contacts: e-mail, mobile phone.
• number of days before the status change.
• a list of events for which the person is registered.
• messengers for fast communication: Skype, telegraph, watsap, vyber.
• list of purchases for the current month, history of purchases for 6 months.

By using a resource of extended information on purchased goods, Users have an opportunity to share their opinions about the product. It is important to understand that the opinion of the Users is purely individual and subjective, so when using a particular product, we strongly recommend adhering to the instructions of the product.

After purchasing and using the product, each user is encouraged to share their impressions about the product with others.

The option provided is only a platform where Users can exchange opinions about the product.
Please note that Users are neither employees nor partners of the Company. The Company is not responsible for the use of data by other Users. From the moment consent is given by Users to access the site, publicly shown resources can be seen by all Users. All communication with Website Administration is carried out solely according to the Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with the above-mentioned data access terms or do not want to take advantage of sharing product information with others, uncheck the appropriate option(s) in your personal account settings page.

6.1. Our Service may contain hyperlinks and information about third-party web-sites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for Privacy Policies and Practices of the third parties.

7.1. We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a new version on our Web-Site. We reserve the right to notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy by E-mail or by personal notifications through communication channels specified by the User.
