This contract is concluded on 02.01.2018 between:

CORAL CLUB Distribution LTD, a company registered in Cyprus, having its business address: Paphos, Agapinoros 52, Office 1, 8049, Cyprus, represented by Spyridon Matsoukatov, hereinafter referred to as Lessor

and SIA “Koraļļu Klubs Veikals”, a company registered in Latvia, having its business address: Miera iela 97, LV-1013, Riga, Latvia, represented by Igors Afanasjevs, hereinafter referred to as Renter

1.

• The Lessor rents to the Renter the subdomain: "https://lv.coral.club/?language=lv" with complete internet shop infrastructure.
• The Lessor ensures full  IT support of the internet shop  to the subdomain "https://lv.coral.club/?language=lv", during the term of the contract, including:
• daily safe functioning of the store;
• subdomain support on his own servers, at his own expense and with his own resources;
• protection from hacker attacks.
• Subdomain "https://lv.coral.club/?language=lv" with the complete internet shop infrastructure will be used only for sale of products, distributed by the Lessor.
• The Lessor administers the process of registration of clients, ordering and all other data about the activity of the subdomain and internet shop.
• The Lessor is obligated to provide timely to the Renter all order for the territory of Latvia.
• The Renter is obligated to fulfill exactly all orders received from the Lessor, without any change.

• This Contract shall be considered as concluded for indefinite time from the date of its signing.
• This contract can be terminated only with written agreement between the parties or by prior written notice of the respective Party.
• Each Party is entitled to terminate the contract with 2 (two) month prior written notice.

3.

• The cost of renting a subdomain is according to invoice, complete internet shop infrastructure and IT-services for the period of 1 calendar year, based on fee EUR___per month.
• The payment shall be made in term of 30 days from the date of the invoice, issued from the Lessor with a bank transfer to the account of the Lessor once a year on the end of each 12 months, start from __.01.2021.

4. 

• The transfer of the subdomain with, complete internet shop infrastructure shall be made not later, than 7 days from the date of signing of this contract.

5.

• All changes of the services by this contract, shall be made in written agreement.
• This contract was signed in two identical copies, one for each party
• All questions, that are not regulated by this contract, shall be regulated by the international law. Furthermore, it is mutually agreed between the Parties, the Contract shall be automatically renewed for periods of Three (3) consecutive years (hereafter referred to as “Renewal Tenancy Periods”) unless either of the parties give notice to the other party that they do not wish to renew the agreement.

• This contract was signed in two identical copies – each copy in English language, one for each party.

7.

• The Renter is not responsible for the content of the domain.
