Please note that points for an order paid to the courier upon receipt are credited after receiving the money transfer from the courier service to the company. If the payment for the order is received by the company by the 4th of the following month, the points will be accounted for in the current month. If the payment for the order is received after the 4th of the month, the points will be accounted for in the report for the following month.

The refund period shall not exceed 14 calendar days upon the date of the returned goods receipt by the Seller. The Buyer shall specify his/her first name, last name, club number, order number, and reason for returning the product – this will speed up the processing of your request. The Buyer pays for the return of the good quality product (Omniva option). If you return the product of poor quality, use the free shipping sticker.
We place high demands on quality of our products and produce them using the latest technologies. We appreciate your trust and do everything possible to make you enjoy your purchases, so it is very easy to return the goods to the Seller. If for any reason the product does not fit, you may return the item at any time within 14 days upon receiving. You may return the product provided that it has not been used, its original design/packaging and properties are preserved. You may exchange the purchased product for the same or for another one with the same or higher value. In the second case, you shall pay difference in the product cost. If you do not want to exchange one product for another, money for the product (without shipping costs) will be returned within 14 days upon receiving the returned product. The Company reserves the right to refuse accepting the returned goods if the package thereof is damaged, except for the goods that were damaged during transportation due to the fault of the Seller. If the product was purchased during the promotion offer, the product shall be returned together with the gift attached to the product.

«To door» delivery, is carried out on business days, from 08:00 to 17:00. If the payment for the order received after 13:00, then package is transferred to the courier service next day.

Attention! For shipping method «Omniva», the payment on delivery (COD) service is available. The cost of the service is 1 EUR (regardless of the amount of the order). Payment is possible only by card.

It is an international delivery service of Coral Club which helps to deliver orders from Germany to almost any country. If you didn’t find the product on the website of your region you can make a purchase using Global Delivery.
In the upper right corner choose “Global Delivery”, country of delivery and website language. Then press the “Save” button to go to a new page.
Then proceed as usual: find the product and add it to cart.
You can edit your order in the cart before the moment of making an order. After pressing the “Make an order” button you won’t be able to change data.
Order payment on the Global Delivery website is made in EUR according to exchange rate of your bank on the day of payment.

You can return the product which hasn’t been used, is in saleable condition and has consumer properties.
In case of refund you choose one of options:
